Pam Bertani

Pam Bertani is the principal at The Winston Bertani Law Group. Ms. Bertani is a skilled trial attorney and has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation.

Ms. Bertani is also a licensed patent attorney and has extensive expertise drafting, prosecuting and managing patent, trademark and copyright submissions before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Copyright Office.

Ms. Bertani's transactional expertise also includes evaluating intellectual property-related proprietary rights agreements, preparing strategic documentation regarding the disposition and enforcement of intellectual property assets, and advising clients on maximizing the value of their intellectual property rights via effective branding and licensing strategies.

In 2007, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Ms. Bertani to the California Commission On Uniform State Laws, and the Uniform Law Commission.  In 2020, Governor Gavin Newsom reappointed Ms. Bertani to these Commissions.
